A complete medical history will be taken before any treatment is performed and all patients should have informed written consent prior to being treated.

Cancellations / Refunds

If you decide to cancel an appointment that you have booked 24 hours prior , the deposit is non-refundable. If you decided to cancel 48 hours prior 50% of your deposit is non-refoundable.

We are able to reschedule appointments provided we are given at least 2 days before the treatment date. Please contact info@completeaesthetics.uk or call 0796050948 to rearrange your appointment. All new appointments will be subject to availability.

If a patient fails to attend their allocated appointment or wishes to cancel a booking, payment is retained by the company and no refunds will be issued.

We reserve the right to amend or cancel any date. Should this be necessary our staff will contact clients immediately and arrange an alternative date. We do not accept responsibility for any travel expenses or accommodation costs from clients.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments or withdraw clients that we feel to be disruptive, defamatory or impeding of our services.

Treatments may be reversible but are non-refundable. The nature of these treatments are subjective and no treatment will proceed without verbal, written or photographic consent. Patients must be reviewed prior to any reversible treatments and are encouraged to see the same practitioner for this.

Late Arrival To Appointments

Patients who are late for their appointment may not be seen as they disrupt the running for the day which impacts on other patients’ treatment slots.

Price Structuring & Packages

Whilst there are many bespoke packages, individual quotes may vary due to quantities used. Different facial appearances may require more or fewer treatment syringes or the treatment itself may be different to what is listed following consultation and facial assessment. This will be discussed with you by your practitioner on the day of treatment. You can see a full price list on the website.

Patients Complaints / Reviews

  1. In the event of a possible adverse reaction to a product following treatment please contact us asap
  2. If you have a query regarding asymmetry then please contact us with photographs. If a review/correction is required, an appointment will be booked for you via our clinic coordinator. At this appointment, we will review your before and after photos, your treatment record, and the outcome of your treatment to decide what action is required.
  3. If required, we endeavour to offer all review appointments within 14 days of your request. Please note that once confirmed, we do not offer patients the opportunity to reschedule review appointments.
  4. If you booked a 2 weeks post review appointment and do not attend your review appointment, further review appointments will not been given.
  5. All review appointments for anti-wrinkle treatments must be requested between 14 and 21 days following the initial treatment. The review appointment will be booked in for no later than 28 days after the initial treatment. Any requests falling outside this time frame would be treated as new treatments and would need to be booked and paid for in the normal way.
  6. If a correction is necessary then this will be offered. If the outcome of the treatment is satisfactory and is a case of more product required for the individual patient then a charge will be made for the additional product.

Machine Maintenance Policy

In the event of machine maintenance, we will need to reschedule your appointment and will aim to notify you at the earliest opportunity. This is to ensure we maintain a continuous high level of service.

Liability Policy

Complete Aesthetics and Beauty Ltd will not be liable in contract, tort, or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. Your statutory rights will be protected.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Complete Aesthetics and Beauty Ltd regarding the care of a treated area.

Make up, Hygiene

Please be advised that make-up, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products must be removed prior to treatments. Practitioners will cleanse the area; however, we cannot be held responsible for any visual product that may lay dormant in the skin pores, which can cause an adverse reaction.

Payment Policy

Correct payment must be received before treatments start at each booked appointment. This is generally in full or can be made via our finance option. If you refuse to pay in advance, we have the right to refuse to treat you.

Medical and Physical Conditions

Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, if you are pregnant, or have a history of skin pigmentation.
